Last updated: 23 October 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on swatishreeagri.com are processed and delivered.
1. Delivery area
We currently deliver only within India.
2. Shipping charges
Delivery is currently free on all orders across India. Any change to shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
3. Processing time
- Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During the peak sowing season (Kharif and Rabi) processing may take a little longer; we will inform you if there is any delay.
4. Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code and the courier. Remote locations may take longer.
5. Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also see the tracking details any time under My Account → Orders → View.
6. Receiving your parcel
- Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer box is torn, wet or tampered with, note it with the delivery person or refuse the parcel and inform us.
- We recommend recording a short video while opening the parcel; it helps us resolve any issue quickly.
- Problems with the delivered product must be reported within 7 days of delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Undelivered or returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the customer was not available after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
