Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference; we do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank details.
Messages and requests: information you share through contact forms, return requests, WhatsApp, phone or email, including photos of products.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies, collected to keep the Website secure and to understand how it is used.

To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders and send order, shipping and invoice updates.

To handle returns, refunds, seed quality complaints and customer support.
