These Terms & Conditions govern your use of swatishreeagri.com (the “Website”) and any purchase made on it from SWATI SHREE AGRI GENETICS PVT LTD (“SSAG”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
Please provide correct name, address, phone number and email so that we can deliver your order and contact you.

2. Products and information

We make every effort to describe products, varieties, pack sizes and images accurately. Actual packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
Crop duration, yield and other performance figures are indicative and depend on soil, climate, irrigation, sowing time, crop management and other field conditions. They are not a guarantee of results.
Please read and follow the instructions, sowing recommendations and safety information printed on each packet.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the time you place the order applies to that order.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not store your card or bank details.
A GST invoice is issued for every order.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. In such cases the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Seed quality and liability

All seeds are supplied in accordance with the Seeds Act, 1966 and the Seeds Rules, 1968, with the lot number, germination and validity details printed on the label.
Seed quality complaints will be handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which may include field inspection and laboratory testing.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of crop, profit or income arising from factors outside our control.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, or post unlawful, false or harmful content.
All content on the Website, including the SSAG name, logo, product names, text and images, belongs to SSAG and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts at Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.

10. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be addressed to our Grievance Officer at info@swatishreeagri.com or +91 9628920009 (Monday–Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date.
